Patrick Cullinan

Patrick W. Cullinan Is the member from the First District of the County of Oswego and was born In the City of Oswego June 26 1851. His father was a native of Ireland and his mother is of Anglo Irish extraction. He received a full classical education which was obtained at the Oswego High School and Cornell University and graduated from the latter institution in 1872. He then commenced the study of Law and was admitted to the bar June 10, 1875. He is now engaged In the active practice of his profession and was City Attorney of Oswego in 1877 and 1878. In politics he has always been a Republican but was never a candidate for public position until his election last fall. He was then elected to the Assembly by a vote of 4,709 to 1,150 for G.N. Burt Democrat, and 1,088 for G.E. Williams, National and member of the previous House. Mr. Cullinan is unmarried and resides at Oswego.
